We are looking for someone who can deliver, engage and inspire players within the Burnley FC in the Community Girls Emerging Talent Centre and the BFC Women Junior Team!
Job Title: The Girls Emerging Talent Centre (ETC) Coach & BFC Women Junior Age Group Coach

Salary: £11.44 per hour
The Role
Deliver, engage and inspire players within the Burnley FC in the Community Girls Emerging Talent Centre and the BFC Women Junior Team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training sessions for the Girls ETC.
- Deliver training sessions and provide support on match days for one of our BFC Women Junior teams that compete in a competitive local league.
- Engage, inspire and empower the female players to reach their full potential.
- Evidence detailed session plans that link to the FA technical curriculum.
- Produce and feedback Individual player development plans (IDP’s)
- Deliver high-quality sessions that engage, enthuse, challenge and progress the players.
- To help monitor and evaluate the programme & have an input into the future design of programme delivery.
- Identify talented individuals involved in the projects and refer those individuals to appropriate destinations within our Female Football pathway.
- To understand and implement the Charity’s Safeguarding policy, procedures, and best practice guidelines in your role. To use this understanding to ensure safe working practices, appropriate reporting of concerns and contribute positively to a safe environment.
- To be able to work flexible hours where the role of the job requires.

Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Level 2 (UEFA C) Football Coaching qualification
- FA Safeguarding
- FA Basic First Aid
- Experience of working with Female Players
- Experience working with a team (training & Match day)
- Experience, understanding and passion for planning and delivering high quality specific sessions that link to a curriculum
- Understand what Emerging Talent Centre’s are and why the FA have them.
- An understanding of Safeguarding procedures.
- Have experience of spotting Talented Players.
- Have the ability to develop players
- Be able to identify strengths and weaknesses of a player and offer feedback.
